Job Summary:
Responsible for periodic preparation of management reports and the supporting tasks which includes but not limited to recording GL entries, preparing trial balance, bank reconciliation, recording revenues, calculating cost of goods sold and booking accruals in a timely and accurate manner.
NOTE: Its a Night shift Job, candidates who are interested in night shift can only apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Well versed with the basic accounting concepts.
- Extracting data from the accounting application, analyzing the same and preparing the required management reports on periodic basis.
- Recording revenues based on the reports of POS and deposits collected at sales units.
- Calculating cost of goods sold and working to account for the inter-company / unit transactions.
- Preparing bank reconciliation statements.
- Comprehensive financial reporting and analysis.
- To ensure that all the expenses are correctly accounted for in the books of accounts.
- Tracking the unrecorded transactions and accounting for of the same.
- Timely preparation of management reports such as P&Ls and balance sheet.
About Us:

- We do NOT require just data entry persons, some Fresh candidates with clear detailed accounting concepts can work for us… as well as 1 to 2 years’ of experience in accounting and book keeping field … no unrelated experience will work.
Location of Work
- Civic Center, Phase 4, Bahria Town Rawalpindi
Hours of work
- Summer 7pm to 4am. Winter 8pm to 5am. Working hours are a guideline and late sitting is required a few days every month, especially during the “close week”
Facilities at work
- Kitchen and Dining area, Fridge, All basic tea/coffee/condiments, water coolers, Clean airconditioned environment, PC with 2 monitors each, prayer area, etc.), pick & drop (There is no pick and drop facility as yet)
BENEFITS:

We are a private limited company registered with SECP and approved ACCA employer GOLD status.
Minimum requirement for candidates is B.Com (with some experience), or ACCA, MBA Finance etc.
