Falcon Packages is seeking a talented Graphic Designer with at least two years of experience to join our creative team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing visual concepts that effectively communicate our brand message and enhance our marketing efforts. This position involves creating digital illustrations, designing marketing materials, and collaborating closely with different departments to produce engaging content that meets company standards. The Graphic Designer will manage a small team of two, guiding and supporting them to ensure quality output and timely project delivery.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, as well as a solid background in digital illustration. They must have a keen eye for aesthetics and detail to create visually appealing graphics that align with the company's vision. This role requires the ability to balance creativity with practicality, delivering designs that are both innovative and functional according to client or company requirements. The Graphic Designer will also be responsible for mentoring the team, fostering professional growth while maintaining efficient workflows to meet deadlines and project goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design creative graphics, layouts, and digital illustrations for marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and translate ideas into compelling visual content.
- Lead and manage a team of two graphic designers, providing direction, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality work and continuous development.
- Create and maintain brand consistency by adhering to Falcon Packages' style guidelines across all design materials.
- Oversee the entire design process from concept through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team and improve creative output.
- Review and approve designs created by the team to ensure accuracy, creativity, and alignment with client or company goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to graphic projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadline commitments.
- Prepare files and assets for print and digital production, ensuring technical specifications are met.
