Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cold calling and generating leads through platforms such as Upwork and LinkedIn. The role requires a strong focus on sales, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and cold call potential clients to increase business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

Prior experience in cold calling.
Proficiency in lead generation through platforms such as Upwork and LinkedIn.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
