- Establishing mechanisms that ensure the trustworthiness of data.
- improving user access to data while ensuring data protection and privacy.
- Promoting data democratization, data literacy and a DataOps culture company wide.
- Liberating siloed data that hinders intradepartmental business initiatives.
- Monetizing data collected from multiple sources by using advanced technologies.
- Supporting the development and marketing of new products and services.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a CDO or similar leadership role.
- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy.
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning.
- Ability to conduct technological analyzes and research.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership and organizational abilities.
- Strategic thinking.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
