ASM will be fully responsible for primary and secondary sale targets in assigned area.
A capacity to acquire distributors in Primary & Secondary towns followed by hiring of eligible team.
Keep control of damages and expiry policy in accordance with company guidelines.
A tendency to create, build & kick start sale operation. Effective management of sale force in assigned area.
Fully committed towards exploring all relavant sales channels in area.
Asm should be able to understand to philosophy of product and science behind selling and must be able to participate in terms of decision making when it comes to implementing Trade offers, Consumer Promotions, Customer promotions, Target base team incentive planning & price point strategies.
Responsible for being a key point of contact in assigned area.
Ability to follow up with sales, primary customers, TSO & sale force on daliy basis.
Responsible for developing sales over specefic channel in accordance with company guidelines.
