We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning, development and employee performance programs.

HR Executive responsibilities include updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources department.

Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

Responsibilites:

  • Reviewing resumes and applications
  • Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
  • Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
  • Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
  • Maintaining HR records
  • Managing workplace safety issues
  • Training new or existing employees
  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
  •  Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management 
  • Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities 
  • Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have 
  • Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue 
  • Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
  • Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers 
  • Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization 
  •  Managing employee's performance in shops
  • Conducting shop rounds

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Solid communication skills
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
