About the Employer:
Fauji Akbar Portia Marine Terminal is an associate Company of Fauji Foundation, which is situated at Port Qasim, Karachi. We provide handling services of Grain & Fertilizer (Discharge from Marine Vessels and dispatch via bulk and bags). The FAP facility at Port Bin Qasim, is a fully automated Grain and Fertilizer Terminal capable of handling 4 million metric tons of dry cargo per annum, with fully automated Mechanical and Pneumatic unloaders, conveying systems, Steel Silos and Flat Warehouse with a capacity to store 130,000 metric tons of grains, oilseeds, cereals and fertilizers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM
- Excellent English communication and organizational skills
- Impressive analytical and reporting skills
Minimum 2 to3 year's professional experience in HR operations domain especially in the following matters:
- Preparing Employment Contracts, Orientation Plan, Contract Extensions, Retirements, Transfers, Promotions, Terminations, Dismissals.
- Assist to reporting manager in Recruitment Process.
- Assist reporting manager to preparing the monthly payroll. Complete Separation Process.
- Assist to reporting manager in complete Performance Appraisal Cycle.
- Adding and updating employees' information using HRMS
- Recording employees' leaves and attendance.
- Answering employees' queries in a professional and persuasive manner
- Performing day to day HR duties, assigned by the reporting Manager.
