• Play role in formulating brand communication strategies (ATL & BTL) in view of corporate image, long and short-term objectives/ profit motives.
  • Develop the entire 360-degree marketing campaign for all business divisions.
  • Develop interactive, direct marketing, media, creative and sales promotion strategies.
  • Develop the core positioning and communication for the products and services offered by our organization.
  • Engage and manage external agencies and creative for execution of marketing plans and creative ideas.
  • Tracking of marketing expenditure and budget.
  • Implement strategies to revive products that are in the decline phase of Product Life Cycle.
  • Keep an eye on competition activities. Develop and update the COMSCAN.
  • Continually seek new and innovative / creative ideas to ensure top of mind awareness for our product offerings using various tools, including but not limited to Facebook, emails, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.
  • Initiate development of presentation & sales tools for sales support for all business divisions
  • Ensure that all products and offerings are listed on our website.
  • Ensure presence of our organization on all principals’ website.
  • Manage development of corporate Newsletters.
  • Support all internal departments (primarily sales & HR) in meeting internal marketing requirements.

ONLINE COMMUNICATION:

Plan and supervise initiatives of digital & Social media included but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, web advertising, keywords, meta tags and developing strategies for search engine optimization.

  • Trigger brand recognition in target audience and tap the potential markets.
  • Manage a coherent digital presence of our organization considering the requirement of each business division.
  • Manage the creation of social media content with the agency, including but not limited to recipe videos, blogs for our business unit to meet the desired target audience and generate call to action.
  • Integrate all marketing activities with the overall digital plan (if required on BTL).
  • Identify, interpret and capitalize on digital trends and gain advantage for FEI products.
  • Integrate digital as an essential and basic part of any communications planning.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of digital campaigns and analyze, review, and report their effectiveness in an effort to maximize results.
  • Gauge regular feedback and insights from social media activities and take improvement measures.
