Operation Officer

With almost six decades of experience in food industry, Far Eastern Impex is growing its operations and are seeking a Female Operation Officer for their KARACHI head office.

Scope of Work (not limited to):-

An operations officer is responsible for all after sales functions, including order booking, processing and invoicing. The role will also ensures operational excellence for deal with customers and sales team for their queries and reports. Further prepare/generate reports and presentations when it will be required.

Skills: self-motivated with strong communication and presentation, Decision Making, Creative mind and Handle difficult situations and give solution, Complaint Handling, Relationship Management, Prospecting Skills, Computer Literacy, Good handover with Ms. Office (Expert in Excel), Dynamic AX (ERP) will be preferred.

Minimum Qualification: B.com / Master (Commerce) will be preferred.

Gender: Female.

Experience: 2-3 Years.

Age Bracket: 22-30 yrs.
