- Explore new business opportunities and foster the existing customers/ relationships who can be the potential consumers for the offerings from Far Eastern Impex
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
- Assist to negotiate terms and conditions to meet both client and FEI needs
- Assist in preparing customer offers & quotations
- In coordination with the Service team, provide pre-sales technical assistance and product awareness
- Liaise with the Service team on after sales support
- Assist in preparing Service contracts
- Act as a key to arrange product trainings by the Service Team and Principal
- Prepare quarterly reports for the management and track project progress
- Foster support in exhibition and trade shows, gather leads and pursue
- Assist in making technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
- Preparing Annual Sales Budgets
