With our head office and factory in Karachi and Regional Office in Lahore – we are expanding our human resource capital and are seeking a "Technical Sales Executive".
JOB DESCRIPTION: As a technical sales Executive, the candidate shall use technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advise and support on a range of products, for which a certain level of expertise is needed. Candidate will manage to analyze the client needs, coordinate with principal to manage and prepare offers and present to the clients from a technical perspective. Technical Sales Executive will remain to be a key point of contact for clients and provide both pre and after-sales advice in coordination with the Service team. They will liaise regularly with Service Team and other cross functional departments, such as Imports, Operations & Technology and Finance to finalize the matters pertaining to the overall life cycle of the project.
As a technical sales Executive, you'll need to:
a) Explore new business opportunities and foster the existing customers/ relationships who can be the potential consumers for the offerings from Far Eastern Impex (Pvt) Ltd.
b) Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
c) Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
d) Assist to negotiate terms and conditions to meet both client and FEI needs.
e) Assist in preparing customer offers & quotations.
f) In coordination with the Service team, provide pre-sales technical assistance and product awareness.
g) Liaise with the Service team on after sales support.
h) Assist in preparing Service contracts.
i) Act as a key to arrange product trainings by the Service Team and Principal.
j) Prepare quarterly reports for the management and track project progress.
k) Foster support in exhibition and trade shows, gather leads and pursue.
l) Assist in making technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
m) Preparing Annual Sales Budgets.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
A) Technical sales engineers usually split their time between the office and visiting clients.
B) Candidate may be required to travel locally and abroad for trainings and other meetings.
SOFT SKILLS: Interpersonal, Service Oriented, Well versed in oral and written English.

POSITION IS BASED: KARACHI / LAHORE.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Graduate in business management / Technical, Engineering Training Diploma/ Engineering Degree will be an added advantage.
