Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in the accounting system.
Prepare vouchers (cash, bank, journal) and ensure proper documentation.
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable, including follow-ups and reconciliations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as required.
Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) on a monthly basis.
Assist in preparation of financial statements and monthly closing activities.
Maintain petty cash and ensure proper filing of all accounting records.
Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verification and approvals.
Support external and internal audits by providing required data.
Ensure compliance with company policies, taxation rules, and relevant accounting standards.
