Faras Chemical Manufacturing Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Principal to lead and manage our educational or organizational institution. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 20 persons, fostering collaboration, motivation, and professional growth.

- Drive organizational development initiatives to continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Apply school improvement frameworks to enhance academic or operational performance and meet regulatory standards.
- Monitor and evaluate institutional processes and outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong communication channels within the team and across departments.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless functioning of the institution and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for team members.
- Manage resources efficiently, including budgeting and allocation to support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal, safety, and quality standards within the institution.
- Implement innovative solutions to address challenges and optimize institutional performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, institutional progress, and strategic initiatives.
