Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor the Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant equipment, ensuring optimal performance and water quality standards.
  • Perform daily water quality testing and analysis to validate the effectiveness of the RO treatment process.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repair of pumps, including troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Execute membrane cleaning and chemical dosing procedures according to established schedules and safety protocols to maintain membrane integrity.
  • Calibrate and maintain plant equipment including instruments used for process monitoring and water quality measurement.
  • Monitor chemical dosing systems to ensure precise dosing levels and compliance with environmental and safety standards.
  • Test membranes regularly to verify filtration performance and identify potential issues such as fouling or damage.
  • Maintain accurate operation logs and process records, reporting any abnormalities or operational deviations promptly.
  • Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all plant operations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams to support continuous improvement and reliability of the RO plant.
  • Participate in scheduled inspections and audits to verify compliance with regulatory and company standards.
