- Conduct area-wise visits & establish, develop and maintain positive relationship to the existing & prospective customers
- Regular market visit. Develop and maintain relationship with seed dealers and supervise their performance
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets with schedule
- Present daily & monthly reports to Line Manager
- Provide & assist customer related information to CRO for the development of CRM database
- Conduct farmers meeting / field days as per FDP given requirement
- Expedite the resolution of customers problems and complaints to maximum satisfaction
- Devise ways of improvements through feedbacks, in accordance with the Line Manager
- Carry out market research when asked to by the line manager
- Carry out marketing activities by placing marketing material as per guidelines of the company
- Organizing farmer days as per company’s marketing plan
- Handling customer complaints and investigating the matter before giving recommendation to the CRO as per the company’s complaints handling policy
