Candidate is responsible for testing and examining fresh food quality from suppliers according to compliance report. Managing the inventory in warehouse and keeping products fresh. Ensuring the strict hygiene of fresh food and having a good knowledge of ISO standards. Able to manage security of inventory and proper disposal off the damage stock.
1) should have good knowledge of standards and safety health procedure of food items specially perishable fruit and vegetables.
2) Responsible for managing the storage and safe rransportation of stock according to demand.
3) Manage and handle food stock according to their expiry at warehouse.
4) Dispose off procedure for damaged or expiry fruits and vegetables.
5) Responsible for making daily, weekly and monthly reporting to management.
