1. Perform data entry and accurately posting of head office expenses in ERP system on daily basis
2. Checking and booking of Petty Cash Payment (PCP) vouchers forwarded to Head Office by units for processing
3. Booking of month-end accruals, provisions and rectification entries (if any).
4. Any other task assigned by the line manager,HOD,management
5. Maintain, track and update insurance policies and premium receipts (PPRs) record of marine (import/in-land), fire, vehicles and other policies
6. Ensure proper and adequate filing, tagging and tracking of vouchers on daily basis.
