- Preparation of quotations, sale orders as per sales plan.
- Provide all data i.e. ledger, order forms, sales return required by sales staff.
- Co-Ordinate with credit - Department for credit approval & sale orders and inform to sales team accordingly of all branches.
- Making commercial invoices, Institution, Trade, housing & also sale return invoices on daily basics.
- Manage office data in office & also in factory.
- Maintain data at head office of all branch’s approval.
- Checking of sale orders, send in factory & also allocate in unit 01 & unit 02.
