Job Description

  1. Work with Hiring Managers
  2. Source Candidates
  3. Screen, Interview, and Assess Candidates
  4. Assist with Hiring Process
  5. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
  6. Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
  7. Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  8. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  9. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  10. Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  11. Assist in employee retention and development
  12. Able to see and handle other HR tasks.
