1.       Understand and internalize all development plans relating to Unit in order to disseminate accurate information to relevant staff in a style suitable for easy comprehension.

2.       Supervise all ongoing construction activities in close coordination with concerned contractors, consultants, suppliers and other involved personnel, agencies and own technical team members at site.

3.       Ensure speedy execution of work, without compromising quality, according to timelines agreed with senior management.

4.       Work in close coordination with all supporting agencies, local government officials, and electricity, gas and other service providers.

5.       Ensure fool proof security of Unit premises during construction through effective management of security personnel and fool proof security system.

6.       Execute work / assignment directly being undertaken by the company in coordination with all concerned.

7.       Ensure preparations for installation of machinery and plant before its arrival, with a view to complete installation and commissioning process in a timely manner.
