- Prepare feasibilities for new product opportunities or replacements for existing products, including technical requirements, marketing opportunity assessments and pricing strategies.
- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing plans.
- Maintain close coordination with sales team and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Develop demand forecasts for new products and regularly review demand forecasts for existing products.
- Lead product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
- Conduct market research in LED lights market to identify new product need and trends
- Analyze current product range for sales data, pricing, and profitability insights and suggest necessary adjustments
- Conduct competitive analysis to determine product features and review customer feedbacks and market trends and prepare counter strategies.
- Maintain close coordination with sales and all technical department on the development, QA, and launch of products of Fast Lights.
- Develop and conduct product trainings for detailed understanding of company product lines, technical/application across relevant departments.
- Develop and execute product launch strategies.
- Conduct regular performance meetings with immediate staff. Ensure performance evaluations of all team members are conducted on merit as per the KPI achievements and attributes.
- Conduct interview selection of new hiring in Fast Lights.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by management.
