- To work in the area of receiving (in ERP), storage, issuance and inventory control of Raw Material,monitor all administrative / documentations planning stores operation.
- To facilitate Production, Pilot development unit, Quality Control(R.M) & import department as well, & week wise stock status reports, and maintain the inventory Records.
- Planning, Organizing and Controlling of Warehouse’ over-all Operations according to cGMP and IS0.
- Close liaison with Production Planning department for requirements and Production Planning and make insure availability of material on time. Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, slow moving material report, near to expiry report, manpower status report to Manager Stores
- Maintain inventories at levels to assure service with a minimum of delivery delays, yet maintain inventory turn goals Knowledge of receipt and transfer of goods & the documentation involved.
- Maintenance of stock through ERP system.
