- Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required
- Maintain inventory of items in the warehouse
- File records as required
- Supervise receipt of all shipments. Process receiving, discrepancy, and damage reports as needed.
- Move inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment, including fork lift, pallet jack, and handcart.
- Evaluate complaints received on shipments of equipment and supplies and take appropriate action.
- Supervise, evaluate, and train employees assigned to warehouse
- Supervise and control order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage
- Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company’s procedures and requirements
- Build team philosophy and cultivate a team atmosphere by working with the team to achieve the company's targets and objectives
Maintain training matrix and ensure employees are adequately trained and competent within their role to ensure operational flexibility.
