- Develop and implementation of Marketing business plans for the for particular Zone
- Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping close check on monthly.
- Achieve personal and team targets to maximize the company profitability.
- Maintain databank of all relevant customers of Zone.
- Maintain close liaison with prospective and existing customers of relevant Zone.
- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on prospect and existing customer of Zone.
- Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Team.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Increase the morale of team to take new responsibilities and develop new mangers in his team
- Monitoring the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of team as per company SOP
