To be considered for this role you must have previous experience or knowledge of a customer service center. Ideal candidates will be computer literate and be able to pick up multiple systems at a fast pace. English phrasal knowledge of UK linguistic differences. The ability to work in a fast paced changing environment would be a distinct advantage.
The successful candidate will be required to complete 3 weeks’ worth of training, and this will take place on both weekdays and weekends, for that you will be paid subject to your preceding experiences
