This is a full-time salary plus commission position. The manager will be overseeing Directv, Charter Communications, Frontier, and Comcast campaigns.
1. Will be responsible for managing the Call Centre
2. Will be overseeing sales staff and coordinating with the US office on the day to day basis.
3. Will be responsible for achieving the monthly sales target.
4. Will be running the day to day operation
5. Will be required to do the performance review of the staff.
6. Will work closely with the US office to implement a new strategy and sales tactics
7. Will support sales staff and conduct training
