Remuneration Package & Shift timings:
Salary: Upto 60,000
Shift Details: Monday – Friday 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Saturday & Sunday (Off)
Responsibilities
- Agents will be cold calling the clients to generate the leads.
- Communicate with customers via phone.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant Call Center experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Contract length: 12 months
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: Rs20,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
