We are looking for a Customer Service Representative.

  • Manage a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Respond to customers professionally to provide information about products and services or take details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Handle customers in social media.
  • Book Customer's order and keep track new orders.
  • Make feedback calls after order delivery.
  • Answers customer's queries on Social media.
