•   Organize and maintain personnel records of employees
  •   Update internal databases (e.g. record sick, casual or maternity leave)
  •   Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hiring guidelines
  •   Maintain students record both current as well as alumni
  •   Revise company policies
  •   Liaise with external partners, like affiliated University
  •   Ensure statutory compliance of regulatory authority like Pakistan Medical & Dental College
  •   Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
  •   Respond employees’ queries about HR-related issues
  •   Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  •   Organize capacity building events for the employees
  •   Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
