As Finance Executive, you will be responsible to provide appropriate business planning and administration of all finance and accounts related matters. Your job description will include the following:
- Developing and managing financial systems/models
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
- Handle all tax matters of the company
- Preparation of reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries, and financial statements
- Controlling income, cash flow, and expenditure
- Managing budgets
- Carrying out business modeling and risk assessments
- Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients informal meetings
Key skills for finance executive excellent problem-solving, analytical, technical, IT, and numerical abilities are crucial.
Requirements
· At least 5-year experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as Accountant
· Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
· Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
· A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
· Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
· A degree in Finance and Accounting. Professional qualification such as ICMA/ACMA/ACCA or similar will be considered a plus
