Direct Report to: Regional Sales Manager

Purpose of the Job: 

This Position is responsible for implementation of sales Plan on ground. He needs to Align the distribution network as required, control and direct activities of the field sales force in order to achieve the Corporate business plan in his Area. 

Key Outputs: Minimum 4 and maximum 8

  1. Ensure to achieve Sales Target and availability of complete product portfolio at the relevant set of Channels/outlets
  2. Responsible for providing the sales forecast, as per the market conditions and Area inputs
  3. Regular Market Visits to ensure optimum outlet productivity
  4. Regularly review Distributors performances, identify gaps and take steps to bridge the identified gaps
  5. Ensure required Level of Floor stock, Required number of salesmen and vans at the assigned distributors
  6. People Development through Feedback and On the Job Training
