Direct Report to: Area Sales Manager

Purpose of the Job: This Position is responsible for Distribution Management, Product availability and Market Development. He needs to Align the distribution network as required, control and direct activities of the Distributor's sales force in order to achieve the corporate business plan in his Territory. Key Outputs: Minimum 4 and maximum 8

Key Outputs: Minimum 4 and maximum 8

  1. Ensure to achieve Sales Target and availability of complete product portfolio at the relevant set of Channels/outlets
  2. Regular Market Visits to ensure optimum outlet productivity
  3. Regularly review Distributors performances, identify gaps and take steps to bridge the identified gaps
  4. Ensure required Level of Floor stock, Required number of salesmen and vans at the assigned distributors
  5. Develop and Maintain preferrable relationships with key players of trade

Job Specifications: 

Key Experiences:

  1. 5 to 6 years -Experience in managing distributor network and market development
  2. Past experience of Distribution Management
  3. Relevant Industry and FMCG sector knowledge 
  4. Track record of delivering desired results
