We are looking for a customer service position to provide support thought our ticket system to our customers in an efficient and accurate manner. 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to requests for customer support
  • Access to customers WordPress and FTP installations to troubleshoot the issue.
  • Provide small CSS snippets for little customizations to our users.
  • Beside the support job you will have a chance to work on the company projects

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of company WordPress themes products (we provide you full documentation and training)
  • Knowing how to solve problems of the users in a timely manner
  • You speak fluent English and have grammar knowledge
  • Ability to work independently
