Job Description

We are looking forward to adding a highly motivated individual who can handle queries related to the Security Cameras System (DVR, NVR, IP Cameras Etc.) & Other Daily assigned tasks from the CEO for international clients (particularly USA) via phone & emails.

  • FDS Communications, an International company is looking for energetic and dedicated candidates who possess good English communication skills, with ability to multi task.

  • Candidates having experience of inbound / outbound calling and web-based services are encouraged to apply.  

  • Successful individuals would be offered Fixed Basic Salary, Attendance Bonus, U.S. Holidays, Eid Holidays & Annual Bonus.

Duties & Tasks:

  • Respond to customers professionally to provide technical support or obtain details of complaints.

  • Provide customer support & technical queries resolution via phone & email.

  • Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.

  • Provide guidelines to customers according to the set procedures and regulations.

  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

  • Project management, record keeping, and reporting.

  • Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.

  • Offer alternative & smart solutions in order to meet accuracy & timeline.

  • Take all necessary measures to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Give your 100% to all task assigned by Manager on daily basis.

  • Take responsibility of all tasks assigned.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office

  • Tech Savvy

  • Customer-centric attitude

  • Excellent command in spoken & Written English, correct grammar, comprehension.
