We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Karachi. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing customer interactions, processing orders, and supporting the sales team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. This full-time position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The role is based onsite and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling & Support:
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from customers, clients, and dealers via phone and email. Provide accurate information about products, pricing, order status, delivery timelines, and technical support. Address customer complaints effectively and escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.

Order Management:
Receive and process customer orders through manual systems or ERP software. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery. Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, confirmations, and delivery schedules to maintain transparency.

Customer Follow-ups & Relationship Building:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products. Keep customers informed about new products, promotions, and pricing updates.

Sales Coordination:
Support the sales team by maintaining accurate customer records and preparing sales reports. Assist field sales staff by managing customer calls, quotations, and documentation. Coordinate sample requests with technical and production teams to facilitate sales activities.

Record Keeping & Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date customer data, order logs, complaint records, and follow-up sheets. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports for management review.

Complaint Management:
Log customer complaints in the system and collaborate with relevant teams to investigate quality issues or dispatch delays. Ensure timely resolution of complaints and provide feedback to customers to maintain satisfaction.

Market Feedback:
Collect and document customer feedback related to product quality, service, and delivery to support continuous improvement efforts.

General Office & Support Duties:
Assist in preparing presentations, quotations, letters, and formal email communications. Participate in internal promotional schemes related to customer service and sales performance.

Required Qualifications

- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university in Karachi.
- Customer-oriented approach with a pleasant personality; wearing Burqah or Abaya is acceptable.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and email drafting.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable with independent commuting, as transportation is not provided by the company.
