We are looking for a professional and approachable Receptionist to join our team on either a full-time or contract basis. This role is well-suited for freshers eager to begin their career in a dynamic office environment. The successful candidate will manage front desk operations, facilitate smooth communication, and deliver excellent service to both visitors and staff. The position demands a friendly attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. The role is based on-site, with a monthly salary range of Rs35,000 to Rs45,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors by greeting guests, directing them to the appropriate personnel or areas, and promptly addressing their needs.
- Handle incoming phone calls by answering queries, routing calls to relevant departments, and taking accurate messages to ensure efficient communication.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and supporting overall office operations.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times to create a positive first impression.
- Provide general information and respond to inquiries from visitors and callers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Support other staff members with administrative duties to help maintain smooth office functioning.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with visitors, callers, and colleagues.
- Basic administrative and organizational abilities, including calendar management and appointment scheduling.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
