• Leading export sales and marketing department under the supervision of the Top Management
  • Building relationships with existing and new customers including B2B and B2C
  • Understanding, researching and developing the B2B and B2C business
  • Helping in establishing policies and procedures for the export sales & marketing department
  • Managing product development projects
  • Negotiating sales contracts with existing customers
  • Managing company certifications & compliance in-line with industry standards
  • Organizing and training personnel
  • Representing & executing setups at international expos
  • Producing marketing material for magazine print ads, emails, international and local expos and social media
  • Generating leads and cold-calling new customers for business opportunities
  • Liaising with export team to ensure timely and hassle-free shipments
  • Claims handling while keeping the best interest of the company in sight
