FFF Computer is hiring an IT Help Desk Engineer for a multinational company located in Karachi.
๐๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ: - Intermediate from Computer Science or related. - 1-2 years experience.
- Good command of English.
- Good command of MS Office.
- Good Communication and Presentation. Skills.
๐๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone.
- Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems related to computers and Printers.
- Writing, editing, and revising training manuals for new and updated software and hardware.
- Providing technical assistance for questions and problems.
- Resolving problems with networks and other Printer computer systems.
- Diagnosing Printer errors and other issues.
- Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
- Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods.
- Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems.
- Installing or changing software to fix issues.
- Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems.
