Responsibilities :
Your full-time role will include providing a full range of office duties including:
* Day-to-day running of the office
* Provision of administrative support to the Director
* Staff management
* Some marketing duties
* Other adhoc duties as requested.
* Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers
* Build and maintain strong long lasting customer relationships
* Timely and successful delivery of customer requirements
* Assist with high severity requests and their escalation as required
* Identify and grow business opportunities in customer territory
Experience :
3-5 years experience in inbound call centre
Starting Salaries: Rs.25000 to 125000/- per month
