The Customer Service Expert will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Take daily orders on phone from existing customers in UK, and enter the same in software;
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Languages: English and Punjabi should be excellent;
  • Working hours: 7 pm till 3 am
  • Working days: 5 days a week; Friday and Saturday are off (however you may be required to work during Pakistan public holidays)
  • You will be working from our office located at NSTP, NUST, Sector H-12, Islamabad.
