The Telesales Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Take orders on phone from our repeat/existing customers based in UK, and enter the orders in the software
- Excellent communication and customer skills for up-selling/ cross-selling
- Languages: English and Punjabi should be excellent
- Working hours: 7 pm till 3 am
- Working days: 5 days a week; Friday and Saturday are off (however you may be required to work during Pakistan public holidays)
- You will be required to work from office located at NSTP, NUST, Sector H-12, Islamabad.
