Ahmed Group of Industries is looking for a committed Field Manager to oversee sales and distribution operations across the South Punjab region. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the company’s market presence, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies. This role demands a strong background in field sales within the spice sector, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. The position is primarily based in Multan and requires frequent travel throughout South Punjab.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all sales and distribution activities within the designated territory.
- Ensure the achievement of both primary and secondary sales targets consistently.
- Drive network expansion by identifying and developing new market opportunities.
- Implement company policies and sales strategies effectively to maximize results.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide timely reports and insights to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in field sales, specifically within the spice industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the South Punjab region.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
