Figgers Global Technology Pakistan a subsidiary of Figgers Enterprises (USA) is seeking a HR Officer having 1 year of experience (Fresh Graduates may also apply).
Hired candidates will be working with other members of the team to post jobs, interview planning, and manage the overall hiring process.
Job Location : Gulberg Greens , Islamabad.
Responsibilities
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Source potential Local candidates on job portals.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates.
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Compose job offer letters
- Onboard new hires
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
