- Call and follow-up with inbound leads (phone/WhatsApp/email)
- Present training programs, pricing, financing options & accounting services
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Handle objections professionally and close sales
- Build trust and act as a mentor/advisor for student career decisions
- Track and manage leads using Excel/CRM
- Maintain follow-up routines to maximize conversions
- Provide weekly sales reports and follow-up logs
- Support on-boarding of new students
- Participate in sales meetings, role-plays & training sessions
