Job Description

Principal Responsibilities: 

  •  Deliver above-and-beyond customer service and experiences through email, phone and live chat.
  •  Troubleshoot client issues and concerns, investigating why they happened, and communicating with multiple teams to find rapid resolutions.
  •  Analyzing transaction rejection.
  •  Documents Review.
  •  Communicate issues with management and related departments.
  •  Advanced customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with all levels of contacts including but not limited to patients, providers, customers, and internal staff.
