Supervise and guide team of network technicians
Project coordination and support
Configure and support customer computer and network equipment installed at different offices or branches within and outside the city.
Monitor and troubleshoot problems to ensure prompt fault rectification and uptime of customer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), computer workstations, connections to the Internet and peripheral equipment
