Phoenix Travel Management (Pvt) Ltd is looking to hire a Senior Finance Executive to join its team at the Blue Area office in Islamabad. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and travel industry-specific financial procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing finance operations within a travel agency setting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of finance operations including accounting, invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and financial documentation. Oversee financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards. Perform reconciliations related to travel industry transactions such as BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan), incentives, and supplier payments. Prepare and monitor budgets to ensure financial targets are met. Utilize travel industry accounting systems to streamline financial processes. Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to support financial activities. Ensure timely completion of financial tasks while maintaining high accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance and accounting, specifically within the travel trade or travel agency sector, is essential. The candidate must have a strong understanding of travel industry financial procedures, including BSP, incentives, supplier payments, and reconciliations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory. Excellent communication and analytical skills are necessary, along with the ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy. Male candidates aged between 30 and 50 years are preferred. Reliable commuting ability to the Blue Area, Islamabad office is also required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
An MBA in Finance or M.Com is preferred. Experience with travel industry accounting software such as Catalyst will be considered an advantage. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 85,000 to Rs 100,000, based on experience, with a fixed monthly salary and no hidden deductions. The company provides a stable and respectful work environment focused on growth and professional development. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This is a full-time, in-person position located in Blue Area, Islamabad.
