We are looking for a detail-oriented finance professional to oversee daily accounting operations and support the overall financial health of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reconciliations, assisting with budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations. This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams. The position is full-time and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting activities including processing vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain and update ledgers to ensure precise recording of all financial transactions.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to maintain financial stability.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense management aligned with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of payments and reimbursements.
- Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits as needed.
- Oversee petty cash management with proper documentation and controls in place.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements such as GST and withholding tax (WHT).
- Prepare periodic financial and management reports to support informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the events or exhibitions industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to organize tasks efficiently and consistently meet deadlines.
