We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with strong expertise in remittance operations and foreign exchange (forex) to join our team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing money transfer processes and forex transactions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role demands a professional who can maintain efficient transaction flows and support financial reporting related to remittance and forex activities within a dynamic financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor daily remittance transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage forex trading activities, including currency conversions and maintaining all related documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports covering remittance and forex operations.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate seamless transaction processing.
- Ensure all remittance and forex operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in remittance and foreign exchange operations.
- Strong understanding of banking procedures and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with effective communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
