- Land Acquisition / Purchase Funds management
- Daily financial transaction report to management.
- Vouchers verification and approval.
- Vouchers Posting and adjusting entries.
- Cash Flow reporting on daily, Weekly & Fortnightly basis to management.
- Financial reporting on quarterly, bi annually and annually basis.
- Payroll management and salary payments.
- Employees Salary Taxation and Vendors Tax CPR generation via FBR Portal.
- Land record / payments statement to the management.
- Team management of Accounts & Finance Dept.
- Coordination with Departments for payments, receipts, refunds and reporting.
- Audit of Company Accounts from third party
